UGC National Eligibility Test NET Exam June 2014

The University Grants Commission announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 29th June 2014 (SUNDAY) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian universities and colleges.

Exam Fee

• General Candidates Rs.450/-
• Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer, as per the Central list of OBC available on website : Rs.225/-
• SC/ST/PWD candidates Rs.110/-

Important Dates

• Last date for Applying Online & generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee. 5th Mary 2014
• Last date of submission of Fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). 7th May 2014
• Last date of taking printout of Application Form, Attendance Slip and Admit Card from UGC website: 10th May 2014
• Last date for receiving the printout of online Application at the respective Coordinating Institution: 15th May 2014

How To Apply: Candidate seeking admission to the Test (UGC-NET, June, 2014) must apply online (i.e. www.ugcnetonline.in OR through a link available on the UGC website: www.ugc.ac.in ). before 5th May 2014
